A well dressed Harry Mier leans on his cane outside of Drouhard’s Barber Shop which was located on High Street behind the building that became Pep’s service station. Mr. Drouhard can be seen in the window giving another man a haircut. One can only imagine why the word “sanitary” was used on barber shop signs back in the day.
